Promoting extreme metal in Bristol & the South West.

Bacchus Presents is a Bristol-based, independent, DIY music promoter, specialising in extreme metal and dungeon synth.

Established in late 2025, we have put on bands from genres such as black metal, death metal, doom, post-metal sludge, screamo, post-hardcore, grindcore, hardcore and dungeon synth. These shows have included names such as Spectral Wound, Harakiri for the Sky, Din of Celestial Birds, Cryptworm, FEN, and more.

In 2026, we launched Dungeons of Wessex, a brand new annual dungeon synth festival taking place in Bristol in July, featuring an impressive lineup of international artists making their UK debut.

The goal of Bacchus Presents is to bring more extreme metal music to Bristol whilst supporting the local scene.

Bacchus Presents is, and always will be, totally opposed to fascism in all its forms.
